Angel Series

The Angel Series is a pioneering NFT series launched during the angel crowdfunding phase of the StoryNFT project, named after the concept of angel investors in the traditional financial markets. We are currently introducing the Angel Card and the Angel Story Card for fundraising to complete the construction of all concepts within StoryFI.

Angel Card

Angel Cards are NFTs defined as ‘Early Stage Angel Passes for Projects’ and are issued under the protocol ERC1155, which entitles the card owner to the benefits and privileges of being an early stage investor in a project. The biggest difference between the Angel Card and the Angel Story Card is that in addition to having the right to redeem exclusive props and get exclusive airdrops in the blockchain world and in the games we develop, Angel Crowdfunding Card holders also enjoy privileges and preferential rights in terms of shareholding in physical events or physical organizations, in the definition of VIP.

We are issuing 10,000 Angel Cards, which will be priced in three stages, each moving to the next stage once sold out:
1. First stage: 250 Matic per card, with 3,000 cards issued.
2. Second stage: 500 Matic per card, with 6,000 cards issued.
3. Third stage: 1,000 Matic per card, with 1,000 cards issued.

Equity

Angel Card holders will be entitled to receive future proceeds from their exclusive Angel Pool Pledge, which is a pool of proceeds that will be distributed based on the proportion of proceeds from each of StoryNFT’s project announcements, weighted according to the Announcement Limit. The Angel Pool is a unique benefit for Angel Card holders, and it will be set up according to the revenue of specific projects as the basis for each pledge pool.
In addition to the Angel Pool, Angel Card holders will also receive additional benefits such as IDO/Equity Subscriptions at physical events. They will also enjoy preferential treatment in organizing physical events. The reason why we limit the number of Angel Card members to less than 10,000 is because in the future, we will continue to provide the card holders with honorable rights in our projects, so there will be a cost consideration as well. According to our calculations, the value of the Angel Card far exceeds the value of Angel Crowdfunding.
More detailed criteria will be announced as the StoryFI system takes shape, and we will set up a community portal exclusively for Angel Card members to release the latest news.

The funds raised through the Angel Card will be allocated as follows:

1. 70% for the development of the StoryFi system (including system development and smart contracts security audits),

2. 25% for marketing,

3. 5% for team management.

Angel Story Card

This is the first batch of experimental story cards issued with the original sci-fi theme 【Time Encounter】 as the story background, presented in a serialized story outline format. The ideal plan is for 100 cards, but the actual number may adjust based on progress, aiming to maintain serialization until 100 cards are completed.

Equity

Angel Story Cards are not a finalized version of the complete storyline and painting style, and are subject to the discretion of future collaborating redraw artists, project evaluation teams, and distribution agencies. Angel Story Cards are a collection of early testimonials to a story, and in addition to collecting, Angel Story Card owners have the following benefits:
 
-Specific Pledge Pool, with specific cards put into the card pool, which is funded by a specified percentage of royalties earned from the project’s specified benefits and from adaptations (details of the distribution will be announced independently once the Stake feature is complete), with the proceeds distributed according to the weight of the cards held.
